Do you offer warranties for your products & services?
YES! We provide no non-sense warranties on everything we produce. Superior quality & good design from a highly skilled team ensures this won't be needed often. Nevertheless, we still provide our customers peace of mind with strong warranties for the life of our products.
How do we handle maintenance?
We make maintenance a breeze by maintaining our products for the life of the product. Some products like mining vehicles & cranes require a little extra attention. And we completely understand that. Our maintenance terms are impeccable and something that truly sets our family of brands apart. We offer crane maintenance for great rates and ensure OSHA Compliance as well. What are your business hours?
We are open regular business hours, Monday - Friday (7:30 AM - 4:00 PM.) Call us during these hours, or drop us an email anytime. You can even message us right from the site to start discussing your needs too! We want to provide smooth & seamless communication to keep your projects moving forward, and we love hearing detailed information about your specific needs. What payment methods do you accept?
We prefer Checks, Wire Transfers, or ACH Debits as primary forms of payment for your project. In some cases, we're able to accept credit & debit cards as well.
